Anyone who regularly rides a bicycle has experienced a puncture, the need to install a new tire, or both. There are many reasons for a puncture. Your tires will wear out and need to be replaced, but the task of installing a new inner tube is relatively simple. Everyone can learn how to do it by themselves. With the right equipment and very basic knowledge, you don’t need to worry about annoying flat tires that will end an exciting ride. You must prepare the following items when handling a flat tire.

Inner tube
The bicycle inner tube on the inside of the tire is equipped with an inflator valve. Before you start riding, prepare an inner tube of the right size for your tire.

Tire lever
Using a tire lever, the tire can be removed from the rim and reinstalled more easily. Using two tire levers to remove the tires is a very simple method.

Inflator
Portable air pumps, carbon dioxide cylinders, and floor-standing air pumps can all be used to reinflate your tires, but please make sure you have a portable pump when riding.

Whenever you ride, please don’t forget to bring spare inner tubes, tire levers and pumps with you. These items can be easily placed in a jacket pocket or a small backpack. Most bicycles can be equipped with a seat bag or even a pump directly attached to the frame. If you want to make the whole process more convenient, you can consider buying a carbon dioxide cylinder, which uses compressed carbon dioxide, which can inflate the inner tube almost instantly.
